Slide-Out Cart is hijacking CSS for Body element

Something in the FoxyCart plugin seems to be hijacking my CSS code for the body tag and overriding the background image I have set for it. I would like to set a full screen, fixed background image, but foxycart is not allowing this.

Is there a fix for this or do I need to downgrade from v2.0?
