SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE - Error

We just changed servers including a new IP and now am receiving this error on our purchase callbacks. Our SSL is active on the page. I was told by our host that it is likely that FoxyCart's DNS still has the old IP associated with domain however the domain has already fully propagated. I don't know if it has been updated internally at FC. Have not yet received any response yet from FC and we are unable to process/refeed orders for over 4 hours. Not good. Any ideas? Thanks!!!
