Having problem with checkout validation

@fc_adam, I sent an email to the support email address with details. This is the same problem I was having earlier with the checkout form report that "1 piece of information was missing" when all the fields are filled in. It's affecting a Japanese customer. Not sure about other countries but Canadian transactions are going through. This is rather urgent.
